The link or code expired
One-time access expires after 15 minutes. Use the form above in the browser you want to sign in, then use the new link or code.
I still have the original email
Delivery emails contain the permanent library address. For security, old sign-in links are not reusable. Request a new one-time link and code above. One purchase supports up to three active browsers.
Nothing arrived
Give it a few minutes, then check spam and any Promotions tab. If it is still missing, email and I will unlock you by hand.
I bought it with a different email than the one I use now
Use the checkout address in the form above, since that is where the link goes. If you no longer have that inbox, email me from the address you want it moved to and tell me the old one, and I will sort it out.
It keeps sending me back to this page
That usually means the browser is blocking the cookie that keeps you signed in. Turn off private or incognito mode, allow cookies for temperededge.ai, and click your link again. If that does not do it, email me.

Whatever the problem is, you do not lose what you paid for. Worst case, email and a real person sorts it out.
