Website Use

The Tempered Edge website is provided for general business information, lead intake, booking, and client communication. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or interfere with the site.

No Guaranteed Outcome From Free Audits

Edge Audits and public recommendations are preliminary business observations. They do not guarantee revenue, savings, rankings, bookings, or operational outcomes. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work.

Digital Products And Refunds

Tempered Edge sells digital products, including the AI Setup Guides, directly through this website. Payment is processed by Stripe, and access is delivered by email to the address used at checkout. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so nothing recurring is billed and there is nothing to cancel.

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the AI Setup Guides do not help you, email brandon@temperededge.ai within 30 calendar days of purchase from the address used at checkout. Include your order reference and a brief note about what did not work so we can confirm the purchase and improve the product. We do not require a lengthy form or supporting evidence. We issue the full refund to the original payment method. Most banks post it within 5 to 10 business days.

Access after a refund. When a full refund succeeds, the personal licence granted by that purchase ends. We revoke its active browser sessions, recovery access, guide library access, and future editions. You must stop using the refunded product and delete saved copies where practical. A partial refund does not end access unless we agree otherwise in writing. A later purchase creates a new licence. This voluntary guarantee does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

How access works. Paid digital products are held behind a private sign-in rather than at a public address. The checkout browser opens the product directly after payment, and the receipt email provides the permanent library and secure access addresses. There is no password and no account to create. When a browser needs access, we send a one-time link and code to the purchase email. They expire after 15 minutes, work only in the browser that requested them, and stop working after one successful sign-in. A browser sign-in ends if you remove it, clear its cookies, or leave it unused for 180 days. Those events do not end an active licence. You can request one-time access at no cost at temperededge.ai/ai-setup-guides/unlock. If that does not work, email brandon@temperededge.ai and we will restore access after confirming the licence remains active.

Where a digital product is described as receiving ongoing updates, updated editions are published to your library at no additional cost for as long as we continue to publish that product. The library address does not change between editions. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule indefinitely, and we may retire a product. If we retire one, your access and the edition you bought remain available to you.

Personal licence. One purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product on up to three active browsers. It does not grant a household, team, classroom, resale, republication, redistribution, or account-sharing licence. You may remove old browsers and sign in to replacements. You may not share one-time access, copy paid content for another person, publish it, resell it, or make it available through a shared drive, account, site, or service. Contact us if you need access for more than one person.

Client Work

Project scope, ownership, payment, deliverables, timelines, support, and cancellation terms are defined in the applicable proposal, service agreement, invoice, or statement of work. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed client agreement controls.

Intellectual Property

Tempered Edge owns its website, templates, processes, internal systems, prompts, automations, and operating methods unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Client-specific deliverables are handled under the relevant service agreement.

Third-Party Services

The site may connect to third-party tools for booking, analytics, email, payments, hosting, automations, AI-assisted chat, and CRM workflows. Tempered Edge is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes. The website chat assistant provides general information only, may produce errors, and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation

The website is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tempered Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit, lost-data, or consequential damages from use of the public site.

Governing Law

Tempered Edge is operated by Tempered Edge Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Alberta. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
